PROGRAMME MANAGER and TRAINER

Diana develops and coordinates the Pro Vobis programmes and a number of projects. Her activity includes research, creating resources for volunteering, manuals, guidebooks and volunteer management tools.

Her role as a trainer and facilitators helps her share her knowledge and experience in order to support other organizations in developing their own successful volunteer programmes.

Since 2015, Diana is also the Volunteer Manager of Transilvania International Film Fesival, where she applies the best practices of volunteer management within a large scale event, while keeping up to speed with all the practical aspects in working with volunteers.

Her experience includes the volunteer perspective that she discovered during an EVS one year stage in Serbia. There she organizes various training courses, workshops, and activities for the young people in the local community.

Diana became part of the team at the end of 2014, as Office Manager, to offer administrative support to Pro Vobis projects.
